Reynolds Collection Purge
There a clear notebook on top of the Reynolds Collection file cabinets. It contain some background information, instructions and a listing of the collection by drawer and folder number. Follow the instructions so this purge goes as smoothly as possible. There is a gray box for the empty file folders and a clear bin for the purged papers.
Library Book Catalog
The inventory of the TGS Library books is complete. The Newport News Public Library system is in the middle of moving to a new Integrated Library System. The TGS book inventory will be added during this migration period. The TGS Library will then become a partener of the Newport News Public Library system.
Until this process is completed, links to the catalog have been provided under the LIBRARY tab on the left side of the menu.

The TGS Library now has a flatbed scanner. It can be used to scan photographs, slides and 35mm negatives. Bring a usb flash drive with you to save your scans.
