The TGS Library keeps a collection of periodical journals from other historical and genealogical societies in its locale of concentration and national organizations, such as the National Genealogical Society (NGS) and American Ancestors.
An on-going inventory is currently being taken.
As each organizations' inventory is completed, it will be added to the "Journal Listings" section of the website.
The states of Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, and Tennessee have been completed. Missing issues will be obtained as availablity, time and finances permit.
This room also provides access to 3 computers for patron's research. The Library has subscriptions to a number of popular genealogy websites. Any volunteer can help you with your family history research using these computers and the other resources available.
